The design is a response to the creative potential of spatial tightness emerging as a result of urban density and growing land prices. A three storey home is designed based on two essential courtyards placed at the front and back of the home. These courtyards serve as wind catchers and help maintain privacy. All living areas open into the courts for light and ventilation.
