This home provided us with the opportunity to indulge in the craft of “making” and learn from the knowledge of the craftsmen we had the pleasure of working with.
The design process for Apartment 404 took root in the idea of living the everyday and celebrating the richness of our local craft. The project uses a material palette consisting of grey poured terrazzo and cement, rich tones of mahogany, wicker and hints of colour to create a soft backdrop for enjoying everyday moments. The artwork, reconditioned furniture pieces, textiles, all lent towards making Apartment 404 a home for our client and his mother.
